I got a chin implant and neck lipo. My results looks great already, just 5 weeks out! Dr. Gill did a great job and all of the office staff are amazing and incredibly attentive.

**UPDATED: I was so satisfied with my previous experience with Dr. Gill and his staff that I returned for a second procedure. He did my breast implants and they look very natural. Dr. Gill is great at his job and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. I have also been a patient of his wife on the dermatology side; she is amazing also. Very attentive to my concerns! If needed, I will return to her in the future.** Dr. Gill and his staff are awesome. I had a BAD double chin that I wanted removed. I was thinking I was going to need a neck lift, with fat and skin removal; I was wrong. To my surprise I only needed lipo on my chin and neck. I was a little nervous I’d have hanging skin after the procedure, but Dr. Gill assured me my skin was more resilient than I thought it was and he was right. I’m 4 weeks post op and aside from the little swelling that remains, my double chin is gone, no hanging skin, and no visible scars. Dr. Gill made tiny little incisions behind both my ears and he used a scar I already had on my chin to hide the tiny incision he made there; I can not see any of the incision scars from having the procedure done and they were healed within the first week post op. I am 100% happy with my results. So happy I will return to him for any other procedures I may need or want in the future. Great doctor and staff!

I’ve never found any type of physician that genuinely offers the compassion and attention and care that Dr. Gill has for her patients. She is that physician that you want to tell the world about, but also keep her to yourself because she’s so amazing and her kind of commitment and care to her patients is so rare these days. Dr. Gill’s entire staff are all so warm, attentive and professional and make me feel welcomed every time I come in. I’m truly excited to see the staff each time I come in, whether for myself, dragging my husband in for a skin checkup or accompanying others I’ve “shared” my best doctor with. 🙂 Megan is a knowledgeable and friendly esthetician that made me feel like I was getting a treatment from a close friend that truly cared about my desired outcome. I can’t sing enough praises for Dr. Gill and the entire staff. They all set the bar so high for other medical teams and the degree of excellence in patient care is extraordinary. Even checking out is a nice experience!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice of surgeon. Dr. Paul Gill. He listened to what I wanted and made terrific suggestions. The surgery was exactly as planned and my recovery time was minimal. As a bonus, the entire staff was accessible, caring and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend The Gill Center for anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
